Saman Faraz Office Towers Project

The Saman Faraz Office Towers Project, as the tallest administrative structure in Iran, is located in District 6 of Tehran, on the southwestern side of the intersection of Hakim Highway and Sheikh Bahai Boulevard. After the commencement of stabilization and excavation operations by "Baspar P Iranian" Company in 2016, with the entry of "Omran Azarestan" Company into the project in the final days of 2017, the preparation and execution of the project's foundation and concrete structure began. A special feature of this project is the production of 130,000 cubic meters of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) with a strength grade of C50. This concrete flows under its own weight within the formwork and provides the required structural and resistance factors without the need for any internal or external vibration. For the first time, by installing a concrete production plant (tower batching plant) inside the project pit (at a depth of 30 meters below ground level) and dedicating vertical storage silos for aggregates and cement, the capability to produce 120 cubic meters of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) with a strength grade of C50 per hour has been established in this project.
